I want you to be happy with your art purchase. Please read the policy below before ordering.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Returns are accepted for:

  • Original artworks (non-commissioned)

  • Printed canvases (non-custom sizes or designs)

2. How to Return

• Email soniakennyart@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

• Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying me, in original packaging and condition.

• You are responsible for return shipping costs and safe packaging.

3. Refunds

• Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using your original payment method.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged.

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

• If your order arrives damaged, email me within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging.

• I will arrange a replacement (if available) or issue a full refund, including shipping.
